Credit Application

Below is our on-line credit application. If you would prefer you can download a pdf here and fax over or mail.

We wanted to take this time to remind everyone of the terms and conditions for an open account with IPM Lithographcis Inc.

1) All invoice are due and payable within 30-days. This means payment must be made prior to 30-days from the date stated on invoice. We allow 15 days for mail and processing.
2) If payment is not received within 30-days the invoice becomes past due. This means it is subject to 1.5% interest per month on any unpaid balance as stated on each invoice.
3) If by chance we do not receive payment by the next statement cycle we will issue an invoice for interest due on the account. This means the invoice(s) in question have not been paid for 2-statement cycles.
4) If an account is still not paid when the invoice hits 90-days your account will be put on C.O.D. until such time the account is brought up-to-date. This will also affect the amount you are allowed to charge to your account (credit limit).
5) If an account is still not paid when an invoice hits 120-days your account will be suspended until such time the account is brought up-to-date. This will further affect the amount you are allowed to charge to your account (credit limit).
6) If your account hits the credit limit, a payment will need to be made prior to IPM delivering further projects unless accounting has agreed in writing for an extension of credit limit.
7) If you have a dispute on a delivery, you have 5-days to make a claim as stated on each invoice. This can be done by sending an e-mail to accounting@ipmlitho.com. Disputes not addressed within 5-days after receiving the product will be denied. So make sure you check your orders!
8) Quotes are valid for 30-days unless you have a signed contract pricing agreement. After 30-days a new/updated quote maybe requested prior to final approval. Once the project has been approved and printing process starts, prices cannot be changed.

These policies are, for the most part, standard in the printing industry.
